SCHOOL OF DIGITAL

FILMMAKING

MAKE FILMS. TELL STORIES THAT MATTER.

Write, direct, and edit your own short film while learning how a real film set works.

The School of Digital Filmmaking is a hands-on program where students learn filmmaking through production.

Students write scripts, direct actors from the acting school, work as crew on each other’s films, and take projects from script to shoot to edit.

Students do not just study filmmaking. They make films together.

MAKE FILMS

SDF teaches filmmaking by making films.

Students develop their own projects, direct actors from the acting school, and crew on each other’s productions while learning how a real set works.

From script to shoot to edit, the program is built around doing the work, not just talking about it.

Alongside production, students build the skills behind the work.

Lectures and workshops cover screenwriting, cinematography, directing actors, sound recording, editing, and production management.

Students also watch and analyze films together, studying how framing, performance, sound, and editing shape the way a scene works on screen.

LEARN THE CRAFT

TELL BETTER STORIES

Filmmaking is more than technique.

Students learn to think carefully about character, conflict, and theme, and how story decisions shape what an audience feels, sees, and remembers.

The goal is to train filmmakers who can create clear, thoughtful, compelling films from first draft to final cut.
