At YWAM Dunham, each year is marked by a theme and for this year's theme, we invented a new word - BLESSTIZE! It's a blend of the words blessing and baptize, two ideas that have been coming up in various forms these past months. We'll be unpacking this theme over the coming months but one thing we have gathered is that it's all about being completely surrounded and immersed in the blessing of God, letting that fill us to overflow so we can bless those around us. To celebrate this and carry on our tradition, Sarah Hall and Ella Livingston collaborated on a mural that reflects this new theme (photo above). This mural builds upon our previous two themes, PLOUGH and RESURRECTION. We’re already seeing the impact of this new theme in our community and we're so excited to see how God will lead us in the coming months!

In early January, the Fall DTS split into two teams, embarking on incredible adventures to share the love of Jesus. One team went to New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island. The other team started with one week in Montreal, before traveling across the Pacific Ocean to the islands of Tahiti and Bora Bora. From soup kitchens, youth groups, street evangelism, and even Operation Christmas Child, as well as the many testimonies that were shared, the teams all returned, by the grace of God, full of faith and excitement. It was a highly enriching and fruitful outreach for both teams, and the students are now graduated and onto their next adventures with God!

Over the past few months, we’ve felt the Lord calling us to have more focus on mobilization; connecting with our local community and extending the call to missions. We recently had the privilege to welcome over 50 youth from Montreal for a "discovery day", where we shared the vision and dreams of our mission, inviting them to join us in partnership. We have high hopes that this intentional effort will bear much fruit for God's kingdom, near and far!

**CHRISTIAN & HÉLÈNE ARE OFF TO SENEGAL**

Since 2019, Chris & Hélène have been pillars in our community and their contributions have made a lasting impact in our lives! While being in our midst, they have been getting ready to pioneer a new YWAM location in Senegal. And the time has finally come for our paths to part. Although we are sad to see them go, we are beyond thrilled that we get to partner with them on this endeavor and look forward to seeing what will come from this collaboration. As they embark on this journey, we express our deepest gratitude for everything they have done and pray for a smooth transition into their new reality. Since YWAM's beginnings in Dunham, the gymnasium has been a key asset. A place where sweat meets victory and children's laughter echoes, not to mention all the events we have held and its basement which houses essential aspects of our daily operations. Unfortunately, last year, a support beam in the roof collapsed. It is essential that we address this urgent need by replacing this aging roof and YOU can play a key role in this endeavor by symbolically "buying" one or more of its iconic copper ceiling tiles*. With each tile "sold," we inch closer to our $90,000 target. Already, our community has raised an inspiring $11.5k toward this goal. But our journey is far from over. Every contribution, whether large or small, brings us closer to securing the future of our gym. Join us in preserving this vital part of our community!
